Technology at its best is being demonstrated at the Diamond B Asphalt M-Pack plant located in Amite, Louisiana. The M-Pack plant runs off fuel oil and has the capability of producing over 400 tons per hour. Diamond B provides their own material consisting of gravel, fine sand, and stone. Housing three silos that can store up to 200 tons each. This plant is the cleanest and most efficient for present and future production. The M-Pack plant has several other features including cold feet bins, belt conveyor, double barrel mixer, bag house, and recycle bin. With the increased efficiency of this new M-Pack plant, Diamond B is soaring high above the rest.
