Diamond B Construction Company’s goal is to create a zero-injury environment. Our intent is that everyone working in or passing through our work zones, plants and pits do so without accident. To achieve this goal, we developed formal safety practices and guidelines and require complete commitment from management and our dedicated workforce to make our safety program effective. Our safety program obligates our employees to comply with all federal, state and local regulations related to occupational safety, heath and environmental programs.
Everyone is encouraged to provide suggestions and establish personal goals for eliminating accidents and injuries. Participation in meetings to discuss safety aspects of each assignment is our policy. If the source of a hazard cannot be eliminated, special procedures, safety devices or personal protective equipment must be utilized to mitigate any safety or environmental risk.
